Details of how this academic year's allocation is to be spent:

The money is spent on increasing teachers and Teaching assistants to provide intervention classes in Maths and English; to provide the ‘Beanstalk’ reading charity. To support parents in paying for trips (including the residential), visits, visitors, break time milk and swimming.

50% of PP children achieved the expected standard in Reading, Writing and Maths 

 

KS1 results 2016

66% of PP children achieved the expected standard  in Reading, Writing and Maths

 

EYFS results 2016

There were no PP children in the EYFS cohort

The money was spent on increasing extra teachers and Teaching assistants to provide intervention classes in Maths and English; to provide ‘Beanstalk’ reading charity. To support parents in paying for trips (including the residential), visits, visitors, break time milk and swimming.

 

Effect of this expenditure on the educational attainment of those pupils for whom the funding was allocated:

KS2 results 2015

100% of PP children achieved 14 pts progress in reading (3 levels progress in reading), 12 pts progress in writing, 12 pts progress in maths

100% of PP children achieved Level 5 in Reading and Level 4 in Writing and Maths

KS1 results 2015

50% of PP children achieved Level 2+ in Reading, Writing, Maths and Science

50% of PP children achieved Level 2b in Maths

EYFS results 2015

100 % of FSM children achieved a Good level of development and were at the expected Literacy and Maths goals

KS2 results 2014

PP pupils achieved 14 pts progress in Maths, 13 pts progress in writing, 14 pts progress in reading (100% achieved 3 levels progress in reading)

100% of PP children achieved Level 4 in Reading, Writing and Maths

KS1 results 2014

100% of PP children achieved Level 2+ in Reading, Writing, Maths and Science

100% of PP children achieved Level 2b in Reading and Maths, 33% Level 2b in Writing

33% of FSM children achieved Level 3 in Reading and Maths

EYFS results 2014

100 % of FSM children achieved a Good level of development and were at the expected Literacy and Maths goals
