Platts Heath Primary is a small, village school that prides itself on creating a friendly, caring ethos. All those involved with the school are encouraged to strive for high standards in everything that they do in work, behaviour, play and in appearance.

 Pupils enjoy school and behave well. They feel safe and well looked after.
"Pupils are polite and considerate and show respect for others. Pupils’ behaviour is good in lessons, during playtimes and when moving around the school. Relationships between pupils of different ages are a particular strength in the school and older pupils enjoy caring for the younger pupils."
